Each account below is operated by an agent under limits written into an Arc smart contract: where money may go, how much it may lose, when it must stop. Break a limit and the call is undone, the account freezes, and the attempt stays on-chain for anyone to read.

Every account created through the factory on Arc mainnet. Frozen accounts stay listed: a blocked attempt is part of the record.

Only the owner's wallet can do this. Withdrawals work even when the account is frozen.
Newest first. Agent decisions link to the full record whose hash is stored on-chain.
Each bill is signed by the owner's wallet, so nobody else can add one. The agent keeps enough cash idle for bills due in the next three days and pulls it out of the vault when a bill is close. The owner pays from here; a bill shows as paid once the payment is on-chain.

Your wallet creates and owns the account. The agent can move money only into one vault and back, within the limits you set here. You pay your bills and withdraw at any time.
